Carla Rasnick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Mental Health Supervisor, and the founder of Life Line Counseling, established in 2019.
Carla received a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Hope International University.
Carla also serves as a preceptor for psychiatric nurse practitioners with Walden University.
Throughout her career since 2011, Carla has focused on various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family dynamics, as well as providing support for parents, adolescents, and children. Her compassionate, non-judgmental approach and attentive listening skills foster a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their feelings and work toward healing.
During her leisure time, Carla enjoys golfing, spending time on the water, and being with friends.

Katrina Kilburn is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting the mental health of both adolescents and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and also holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University.
With experience in a variety of settings—including inpatient and outpatient care, correctional facilities, and schools—Katrina brings a compassionate and well-rounded approach to mental health treatment. She specializes in managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.
Katrina provides personalized care through medication management and supportive therapy, always striving to create a safe and collaborative space for healing and growth. Her work is guided by a lifelong commitment to love, service, and learning.
Aga approaches healing as a holistic journey that combines spiritual and practical elements. Her counseling philosophy honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while emphasizing ethics and respect for all identities.
Aga creates a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and clients of all sexual orientations and backgrounds. With extensive experience living in diverse cultures, Aga draws on universal principles of compassion and interconnectedness.
Her style is goal-oriented and solution-focused, recognizing the sacred pace of transformation. Together with clients, Aga explores challenges and strengths, sets intentions, and works towards a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
